Shipping Policy


*Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Therefore, shipping times may take longer than usual to receive. 



We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more. 

Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for orders to be processed before they ship depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time. All orders must be placed before 2pm PST to have the package ship out the same day. 


Saturday delivery service can only be applied to orders that select “Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery” and must be placed on Friday before 2pm PST. There is an additional $15.00 shipping fee for all Saturday Shipping deliveries. If you order on Friday and select “Priority Overnight,” orders will be shipped on the next business day unless otherwise specified to our Customer Service.  


Tracking information will be sent out via email once the order has shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.  

We provide the option for signature to be required at the time of delivery. You may indicate this option when selecting shipping method. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that need to be picked up or incur any additional fees from FedEx. 

If your package is returned to The Hair Shop due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, it may be reshipped to you at an additional cost or else a return shipment fee and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10) will be applied. No refunds will be issued on refused shipments.
